Built for allied health

Allied health websites built around the way your clinic runs.

Physios, pilates studios, skin clinics and multi-practitioner centres all share a problem: bookings, timetables and practitioner availability that change daily. We build allied health websites and portals where the booking flow, the timetable and the intake forms are part of the design, not an embedded widget.

The usual suspects

What usually hurts, and what we do about it.

Class timetables and practitioner calendars are a mess to keep updated.

Timetable and availability managed in one admin screen and published live. Pilates Republic runs its weekly timetable and class bookings from one place.

Patients want exercise programs and follow-up online.

Client portals with programs, notes and rebooking, as built for Reform Physio and Junction Health.

The clinic looks generic online.

Custom design from a blank canvas. Lumière Skin's site and mobile booking flow feel like the clinic, not a template.

Common questions.

Can you build multi-practitioner booking?

Yes. Availability per practitioner, room and service, with waitlists and class capacities where needed.

Do you integrate with Cliniko or Halaxy?

Where the platform has an API we can sync availability and bookings. We advise honestly if the platform's own widget is the better call.

How long does an allied health site take?

Websites two to three weeks; websites with booking three to five weeks; portals six to eight weeks.
