Pilates Republic: 92% of classes booked online
Fremantle, WA — boutique studio, 9 classes a day.

The problem
Bookings came through Instagram DMs, a booking app charging monthly fees per member, and the occasional carrier pigeon. The timetable lived as a screenshot that was always out of date, and cancellation chaos ate an hour a day.
The sculpt
A class-booking flow built into the studio’s own site: live timetable, waitlists that promote automatically, memberships and class packs at checkout, and cancellation rules that enforce themselves politely.
The result
Ninety-two percent of classes are now booked without a single DM. The per-member app fees are gone, the timetable updates itself, and waitlist auto-promotion filled spots that used to sit empty.
“I used to spend my mornings untangling DMs. Now I teach, and the timetable runs itself.”
