Monday morning, already answered.
Automation is the boring work done by a machine: quotes that become invoices, receipts that reconcile themselves, reminders that go out on time, a report in your inbox before you sit down. We connect the tools you already pay for and replace the copy-paste in between.

Asked by almost every client.
What can be automated?
Anything repetitive with a rule behind it: invoicing on job completion, chasing unpaid invoices, reminder sequences, weekly reports, moving data between systems.
Will it break when a system changes?
Every automation has fail-safes and a log. If a provider changes an API we get alerted and fix it under the care plan.
Is this the same as Zapier?
Zapier is great for simple one-step links. We build when the logic has branches, needs to be reliable at volume, or would cost more in Zapier tasks than it saves.
